Who we are

Marygrove Community Development, Inc. (MCD) is a resident-led nonprofit in Detroit’s Fitzgerald–Marygrove neighborhood. We turn vacant land into gardens, green spaces, and public art. We preserve the stories and history of our neighbors. We build the skills of local leaders so residents shape the future of their own neighborhood.
